Your support is needed now more than ever!

Dramatic breakthroughs have been made in recent years, catapulting our conditions from being poorly understood to being on the threshold of cures. SPF is the only organization in the Americas dedicated to finding the cures for our conditions! (Tax ID # 04-3594491)

Charge your donation online using PayPal (a secure site)

Or, print out this Donation Form and mail in your check or credit card information.

 One Step a Month Program

Consider making a monthly donation to help SPF move a step closer to a cure. Our One Step a Month Program is a win-win! Recurring gifts allow us to plan ahead with confidence, making sure we take the best steps towards finding the cures for HSP and PLS. Plus, recurring donations allow you to give in a convenient, safe and secure way.

You may request that your monthly donation be made by credit card or withdrawals from your bank account completing the Donation Information or mailing in the Donation Form.  The authorization will remain in force until the Spastic Paraplegia Foundation receives notification to terminate it.

SPF accepted into the Combined Federal Campaign

SPF is now accepted in the Combined Federal Campaign, CFC, which is the annual workplace charity campaign for Federal employees. The CFC code for SPF is #12554. Please pass this information on to friends and family who participate in local CFC Campaigns.

Donate your old cell phone, PDA, digital camera, iPod, ink or toner cartridge to be recycled and benefit the Spastic Paraplegia Foundation!

Recycling for Charities is a non-profit organization that is committed to protecting the environment while simultaneously raising funds for charity organizations. By ensuring proper wireless phone disposal, RFC helps individuals avoid polluting the environment as well as donate the phone’s value to other non-profit organizations.

RFC accepts all models of wireless mobile cellular phones, PDA’s, iPods, digital cameras, and ink and toner cartridges regardless of working condition. Recycling for Charities is an easy way to benefit the Spastic Paraplegia Foundation while helping to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Support SPF while selling items on eBay

How would you like to support SPF while selling items on eBay? With eBay Giving Works, you can do just that. When you create a listing with eBay Giving Works, you have the opportunity to donate as little as 10% or as much as 100% of an item's final sale price to your favorite nonprofit organization. Click here for more information.

Donate a Vehicle

If you are interested in donating a car, the Car Program Inc. will make arrangements to pick it up and proceeds from the sale (less an administrative fee) will be sent to SPF. Only charities that have 2 donations/mo are listed on their website so SPF is registered with the Car Program but will not be on the list.

Please contact us about receiving SPF Membership Brochures to distribute to your family and friends.

Please remember SPF for your payroll deductions such as United Way and contact us about setting up a monthly donation program for you.
