Below is the schedule for this Fall’s Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) fairs. If you are interested in helping, you would sit by a table, hand out Spastic Paraplegia Foundation (SPF) literature and answer questions.
Most people do not know what HSP or PLS are or what the SPF does. We are hoping that volunteers can staff these booths and help educate federal employees about what we are all about. In turn, we are hoping that they will pick the SPF to contribute to.

615-479-7369. I will get you registered to participate, mail you plenty of brochures, a table banner and a sample script to use if you like.
Most CFC fairs last only a couple of hours and are full of friendly volunteers and staff all geared towards raising money to help those in need.
Each year, millions of dollars are raised from the CFC. The bad news is because so little is known about HSP, PLS and the SPF very few federal employees chose the SPF to give to. Please help us educate more donors about what we go through and help raise more money for HSP and PLS research.
If you can help, please let me know as soon as possible. Many locations have cut off dates that we need to register by.
Dates listed with ** are for short presentations to a group of volunteers, usually just 2 or 3 minutes in length. There are no CFC fairs with these dates. I have a CFC script that can be used that will cover general information about HSP, PLS and the Spastic Paraplegia Foundation. There is also a longer speech available that you can use to educate larger groups and yourselves about HSP.
