AUSTIN TX PATIENT CONNECTION
SPASTIC PARAPLEGIA FOUNDATION
AUSTIN PATIENT CONNECTION
Saturday, August 31, 2019—Noon to 2 PM
Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP), Spastic Paraplegia (SP) and
Primary Lateral Sclerosis (PLS)
The Austin Patient Connection has been held each year since summer 2003 in Austin, Texas and continues with this year’s connection being held on Saturday, August 31, 2019.
La Margarita Restaurant
1530 N I-35 (on Access Road)
Round Rock, TX 78681
We will order from the menu, Mexican food, and pay individually.
Come to renew friendships, to make new friends, to share experiences, information, and ask questions amongst our group. HSP, SP, and PLS are neurological disorders affecting the voluntary muscles. The disorders are progressive and lead to patients being unable to walk without aids and more.
The Spastic Paraplegia Foundation is dedicated to advancing research and to finding the cures for three groups of closely related and progressive neurological disorders.
If you plan to attend, please contact Marlene Doolen by August 10, 2019 for seating purposes at either firstname.lastname@example.org or 512-731-5476. Also, I am emailing to those who have come in the past from North or South Texas. If you want to get off this list, please let me know.
Hope to see you!!
