We bring online networking, support and help a little closer home with the help of volunteer SPF Ambassadors. SPF Ambassadors are the connection between our online community and their local community.

Individuals are welcome (and needed!) to organize local Connections that bring our community members together to share stories, resources, treatment programs and support our fundraising initiatives.
