The conference begins on Monday, June 15, with a Scientific Forum Research Roundtable at 1:00 PM and on-site registration opening at 5:30 PM til 7:00 PM. We understand that travel and lodging costs can add up, so attendees are welcome to join as their schedule and budget allow; while all are invited to attend the Scientific Forum, it is entirely optional, and all sessions will be recorded and shared on SPF's YouTube channel for later viewing.
The SPF Patient & Family Conference begins on Tuesday, June 16. Registration begins at 7:30 AM, with doors opening at 8:30 AM for our first speaker. Wrap-Up and Reflections of Day 1 will take place around 5:00 PM. The busy day will be followed by a sit-down dinner and auction hosted by SPF, where time can be spent connecting and sharing camaraderie.
On Wednesday, June 17, Registration begins at 7:30 AM, with activities beginning at 8:30 AM. The day will conclude around 5:00 PM with Closing Reflections and Call to Action.

For those joining us virtually, SPF will livestream conference sessions beginning Monday, June 15 at 12:30 PM until 5:00 PM CST, with full days of programming streamed Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Virtual attendees will be able to watch sessions in real time from anywhere, and recordings will be available afterward for continued viewing on demand on the SPF YouTube channel. Your secure virtual access link will be emailed the evening before the conference begins. Please know the process is designed to be easy and supportive -- no special technical expertise is required, and our team will be available to assist if needed.
